Refund / Delivery

The first draft is delivered within 72 hours after cleared payment and receipt of every required material and access item.

A refund applies only when The Motivation Family misses that deadline for a reason within its control. Otherwise, custom work is nonrefundable once work begins.

Vetted collaborators may fulfill portions of the work. The Motivation Family manages delivery.
